    October 30, 2014

Tomorrow is Halloween. Like a scary ghoul, it sneaks up on you! Whether you are heading out in your impeccably planned costume, taking the kids trick or treating, or staying hope with a few scary movies and some candy corn, we hope you have a Happy Halloween! If you are still unsure about your plans for Halloween night, read on for some ideas:

Watch a Scary Movie in the Cinema Room

You don't even have to leave home to have a fun, fright-filled night. Get in the spirit and pick out your favorite Halloween-themed or just plain scary movie and watch on the big screen. The cozy dark room is the perfect backdrop to a tense viewing of Halloween or a lighter movie like Hocus Pocus. Bring a bucket of popcorn, some Halloween candy, and enjoy!

Head to Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Ghost Tours for Halloween

Movie ghouls not doing it for you? How about real ones!? If you want to get out of the house, there is not a better Halloween destination than a ghost tour. The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion, located conveniently in Norwalk, has a ton of history dating all the way back to 1868 and beyond and it is rumored that ghosts haunt the second and third floor halls--but only on Halloween!

Pull together a last minute costume and hit the town!

There are plenty of fun, festive bars in Norwalk and nearby SoNo, so why not get into the Halloween spirit and sip some spirits at a cocktail lounge or bar. Of course, this might require a costume. Fortunately there are a few great costumes you can pull together from mostly just the things you probably already have in your closet. Browse this IB Times article or this article by PopSugar for some quick and easy costume ideas.
